The material is extremely soft. And love how it’s a little cap with a removable chin strap. It’s night and day better than the mummy mask from hospital that is itchy and claustrophobic. Very happy with my purchase

Excellent compression dressing for cranial surgery (it can be used with or without the chin strap). Patients like it much better than conventional head wrap because it applies more uniform pressure and doesn’t result in painful pressure points. I like it because it is easy to apply and does its job for compression. It also looks really good!

I ordered another chin compression garment from a different doctor, but the fit wasn’t right and didn’t sit well on my head. My doctor originally sent me home with the CarolMed one, which I love, but I wanted a backup. I decided to try the NeoTectus so I could have one to wear while washing the other.

Honestly, the NeoTectus is the best one! I wish I had found it sooner. It’s comfortable, offers great compression, and actually stays on. I love the hat and the whole design concept.

As a surgical coordinator, I've tried out many different garments for my patients who have undergone facial surgery and was never able to find one that works for anyone until this one. In the past, garments either wouldn't fit right, would slip off the head, or just didn't provide the right compression. This one fits any head size, is comfortable for patients, and provides the perfect compression right where it's needed. The adjustable strap makes it very easy to use. The look is also much more appealing to patients than the typical post-surgery garment. Highly recommend!
